Network Pharmacology Based Analysis of the Mechanism of Action of Glutathione on Heart Failure

Glutathione is an important antioxidant that plays role in myocardial remodeling. However, the exact mechanisms underlying effects of glutathione on heart failure are elusive. This study aimed to investigate treatment based network pharmacology technology. The gene expression profiles were downloaded from Gene Expression Omnibus database (GSE133054). Differentially expressed genes identified by Ontology analysis and Kyoto Encyclopedia Genes Genomes pathway analysis. A protein interaction was constructed screen potential regulatory proteins.
